Refund Policy

We have a 30-day, risk-free return policy to give you complete peace of mind with your purchase, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to love it or return it. We're confident you'll love it but continue reading for details on how to return if necessary.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached,and not damaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, along with the original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customers.tlg@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, personalized items or final sale items.


Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
